Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Arvolve Ltd ("Arvolve", "we", "us") handles information when you use the AI Art Critic iOS application ("the App").
What we collect
Content you submit for generation. When you render an image, the App may send your text prompt, sketches, and reference photos to our backend at api.arvolve.ai. That service routes requests to third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI and Replicate) to produce the output you requested.
Support email. If you contact us at [email protected], we receive the information you choose to include in your message.
Purchase history. In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We receive transaction receipts needed to grant render credits. Apple is the controller for payment and billing data.
What stays on your device
- Generated images and your creative library
- Project history, prompts, and app settings
- Credit balance and local preferences
This local data is stored in the App's on-device storage and is not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly submit it for a render request.
What we do not collect
- Location data
- Contacts, calendar, or microphone recordings
- Third-party advertising or cross-app tracking identifiers
How we use information
We use submitted content only to provide the generation service you request. We do not sell personal data or use your content for advertising.
Retention
Generation requests are processed to deliver your result. We do not maintain a long-term archive of user sketches or prompts on our servers. Upstream providers may apply their own short-term caching or safety logging under their policies.
Children
The App is intended for users aged 12 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 12.
Your choices
- Delete local library data: Menu → Danger → Clear Library
- Remove all App data: delete the App from your device
- Restore purchases: Menu → Restore Purchases
