Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Art Critic iOS application ("the App") provided by Arvolve Ltd ("Arvolve", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful creative purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App except as permitted by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to create or distribute content that:

• Infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights
• Depicts illegal activity, harassment, or hate
• Includes explicit sexual content involving minors
• Impersonates real people without consent

We may suspend or revoke access if you abuse the service or violate these Terms.

Credits and in-app purchases

Render credits are consumable digital goods sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except as required by Apple's policies or applicable law. Pricing is shown in the App before purchase.

AI-generated output

Subject to these Terms and the licenses of upstream model providers, you may use images you generate for personal and commercial projects. AI output may be imperfect or unsuitable for every purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before use.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Disclaimers

The App and all generated content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free output, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arvolve will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or GBP £50 if greater.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
